Resolution 793: Resolution adopting income limits for Public Housing operated by the local Housing Authority of the city of Fort Scott, Kansas, and rescinding Resolution 767 as they are no longer current.

Income Limits:

1 Person -  $50,600.00
2 Persons -  $57,800.00
3 Persons - $65,050.00
4 Persons -  $72,250.00
5 Persons - $78,050.00
6 Persons - $83,850.00
7 Persons -  $89,600.00
8 Persons - $95,400.00

It is the opinion of the Housing Authority that these income limits will establish a preference of admission to low-income families as defined in the United States Housing Act of 1937 and State Statute and will be in effect as of April 22, 2025.
