How to Pay Rent

Rent is due on the first of the month and will be determined late on the fifth of the month. 

Acceptable forms of payment for rent are by ACH Payment, Cash, Money Order, or a Personal Check. 

Residents may bring their rent payment to our office located at 315 Scott Avenue, Fort Scott, KS 66701, during office hours or drop it off in our drop box. 

If paying by cash, please bring it to the office during office hours for a receipt. 

If a personal check is returned, payments by check will no longer be accepted from that household.
